Hi, I’m Nessa

Nessa is a sweet young kitten looking for a patient, understanding home where she can settle in at her own pace. She will do best starting in a small, contained area with access blocked to hard-to-reach or potential escape spaces. Once comfortable, she can gradually be allowed to explore more of the home, as large open areas can feel overwhelming at first.
Providing plenty of safe spaces is important for Nessa. Scratch posts, cat trees, hides such as cardboard boxes or cat igloos, and access to shelves or dressers will help her feel secure, offering both high and low retreat options throughout the house.

Nessa may be timid when first introduced to a new environment, but with time and patience her true personality will begin to shine. She would suit a home with teens or older children who understand basic cat body language and know when to give her space.

As a little kitten, Nessa may benefit from having another confident cat in the home to help show her the ropes. She may also do well with a calm, social dog if introductions are monitored.

Nessa, while initially fearful, has warmed up quickly and continues to gain confidence each day.
